Use ShopCiravo lawfully

You may use ShopCiravo only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with the Terms of Service. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you collect, store, and process is handled with appropriate authority and notice.

Prohibited activity

You must not use ShopCiravo to:

• Break applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, or third-party rights.
• Store or distribute malicious code, fraudulent content, or material designed to deceive or harm.
• Attempt to access another customer's workspace, credentials, systems, or data.
• Probe, scan, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass service protections except where expressly permitted by law.
• Send spam or use customer information without a lawful basis.
• Use the service to support violence, exploitation, abuse, or other dangerous unlawful conduct.

Platform integrity

You may not use automated methods that impose unreasonable load, create accounts or licenses deceptively, scrape protected service content, or interfere with normal service operation.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and remove content, restrict features, suspend access, or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary to protect customers, comply with law, or preserve service integrity. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to respond.

Reporting concerns

If you believe ShopCiravo is being misused or a workspace presents a security risk, contact us with enough information to investigate responsibly.
