- Account details such as name, email address, and business name.
- Business content such as customers, catalog items, invoices, sales, inventory records, and branding.
- Usage, device, browser, IP address, security, and diagnostic information.
- Billing status and payment references received from payment providers; ShopCiravo does not need to store full card numbers.
2. How we use information
Information is used to operate, secure, support, and improve ShopCiravo; authenticate users; synchronize business records; provide requested features; process subscriptions; communicate service information; and comply with legal obligations.
3. Business customer data
A business using ShopCiravo controls the customer and transaction information entered in its workspace. ShopCiravo processes that information to provide the service. Questions from an individual about records held by a ShopCiravo business should normally be directed to that business first.
4. When information is shared
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help deliver hosting, storage, email, payments, security, analytics, and customer support; with professional advisers; when required by law; or during a legitimate business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
5. Data location and transfers
ShopCiravo and its service providers may process information in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions where they operate. We use reasonable contractual and technical safeguards for cross-border processing.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain legitimate business and security records, satisfy legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Retention periods vary based on record type and account status.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, tenant separation, secure transport, monitoring, and controlled operational access. No system can guarantee absolute security.
