These terms describe the rules for accessing and using ShopCiravo services.
Last updated: August 13, 2026By creating an account, accessing a ShopCiravo workspace, or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced here. If you use ShopCiravo for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that business.
ShopCiravo provides cloud-based tools for recording sales, managing customers, creating invoices, tracking products and services, monitoring inventory, and reviewing business reports. Features may evolve as the service is improved.
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding access credentials, and all activity in your workspace. You must promptly remove access for people who are no longer authorized to use your business account.
Paid plans may be offered monthly or yearly. Pricing, included features, renewal timing, and applicable taxes will be shown before purchase. Trials and promotional access may be limited, changed, or discontinued. Unless cancelled before renewal, subscriptions renew for the selected billing period.
You retain ownership of the business information, customer records, branding, and other content you enter or upload. You grant ShopCiravo the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, and display that content to provide and protect the service.
ShopCiravo calculates and presents information using the currency, tax names, tax rates, exemptions, registration details, and inclusive or exclusive pricing rules configured by you or your authorized members. You are solely responsible for entering, verifying, and maintaining settings that are accurate for every country, state, province, municipality, or other jurisdiction in which you operate.
ShopCiravo is a record-keeping and calculation tool. It does not provide tax, accounting, financial, or legal advice, determine which taxes apply to your transactions, prepare or file official returns, or guarantee that reports satisfy local requirements. You should verify your configuration and reports with the relevant government authority or a qualified professional.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ShopCiravo is not responsible for incorrect or misleading financial or tax representations, filings, payments, penalties, interest, or losses that result from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or improperly configured information supplied by you or your members.
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
We work to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security events, provider outages, and circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect access. We may modify features while working to avoid materially reducing the core value of a paid plan.
You may stop using ShopCiravo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, unlawful activity, material breach of these terms, or conduct that threatens the service or other customers. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ShopCiravo is provided on an 'as available' basis. ShopCiravo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, tax penalties, interest, or liabilities arising from member-entered financial information. Any aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in British Columbia will have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. We will post the updated version and revise the effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the service or the contact information associated with your account.
